Commercial Flight Access
Manhattan, Kansas, is located 125 miles west of Kansas City. Students
who wish to arrive via commercial air carrier can fly from Kansas
City International (MCI) airport to Manhattan via US Airways Express.
Lodging
At no additional cost, all students are provided with local lodging for five (5) nights for initial
training and four (4) nights for recurrent.
Each
student is provided with a private room at the Parkwood Inn and Suites. A
block of rooms designed to meet the needs of students in training
is set aside especially for Turbine Training Center customers.
Parkwood Inn and Suites is located just six miles east of the training
facility at 505 S. 17th St. in Manhattan (map).
