With the recent release of THE FORCE AWAKENS there will, undoubtedly, be an even longer line at the STAR WARS ride at the Disney Amusement Parks. There is nothing that tickles our imagination more than soaring through the air, avoiding any and all dangers that we might encounter. That’s why AVIATION THEME PARKS AND KING AIR 300 TRAINING are not as disjointed as one might think!

“Being as closely involved with the Aviation Industry as we are,” Dale Wolcott, President of TURBINE TRAINING in Manhattan, Kansas, “we tend to keep an eye out for anything newsworthy in the realm of Aviation and Training. And, what they are getting ready to do in India is one of the more innovative undertakings we have heard of in a long time.”

What Dale is referring to is the one-of-a-kind aviation park that is being built in Bagodara, India. Located some forty three and a half miles from Ahmedabad, the park, which will be started later this year and be on approximately 148 acres, will eventually feature both static demonstrations of various aviation technologies and techniques and adventure flying activities. In fact, eventually there will be an exhibition that reveals the history of aviation.

“Unlike Disneyland,” Dale Wolcott, Vice President of TURBINE TRAINING, shared, “this is not just an undertaking for fun, but rather is being underwritten by the government. Indian Secretary of Civil Aviation and Tourism, S. J. Haider, probably summed it up best when he said, ‘aviation is big business.’”

The park will have a training/simulator complex, state-of-the-art theatre, and aerospace management and aircrew training schools. It is being touted as the first such undertaking in India, and perhaps all of Southeast Asia.
