Turbine Training Center Blog for Cessna 208 Caravan & Beechcraft King Air pilots
Have you ever, when the sun is sinking lazily in the west and the sky is just a tint between “red at night” and “blood orange”, thought about how you would splurge if YOU won the multi-hundred million dollar lottery? If you have, and you are like most people, you undoubtedly have envisioned opulent surroundings like Louis XIV’s Palace at Versailles, or Kublai Khan’s Xanadu. Most of us will never find ourselves surrounded by that kind of elegance, but rather live in much more humble abodes. But, as a pilot, you might find yourself whisking around the world in HNA Aviation Group’s “tricked out” 787 BA, thus making OPULENT PRIVATE JETS AND KING AIR 300 TRAINING something pretty germane to your plans!
“It is amazing,” TURBINE TRAINING President Dale Wolcott noted, “what is being accomplished in the realm of Aircraft Conversion. Some of these craft make Air Force One look like a flying chicken coop.”
Typically our conception of what these planes are like is little more than speculation and the day dream mentioned above. However, when the HNA Aviation Group aircraft recently went on display at an aviation conference and they even allowed photos to be taken, we all got a look at what those “flying palaces” really look like!
“I was amazed at how ‘customized’ everything is,” Jason Wolcott noted. As Vice President of TURBINE TRAINING, Wolcott knows a lot about aircraft, and when he uses the term “amazed,” you know it must be something truly out of the ordinary!
