Rotorcraft/Bell 206 Helicopter Training Courses

Turbine Training Center is excited to announce our rotorcraft/Bell 206 Helicopter training courses. We offer initial and recurrent training for 206 models, as well as turbine transitions and emergency procedure courses for all turbine-powered rotorcraft. Whether pursuing an agricultural helicopter aviation career or a seasoned pilot, our experienced instructors and Bell 206B/L helicopter simulator provide courses that satisfy insurance underwriters’ required training.

Courses Offered

Turbine Training Center provides 14 CFR Part 61 and 91 initial and recurrent training courses with academic and scenario-based simulator training emphasizing risk management and aeronautical decision-making. Flight simulation allows pilots to gain exposure and experience in emergencies without physical consequences and unacceptable risks. Courses can be customized to the individual operator’s needs.

Bell 206B/L Helicopter Flight Simulator

Our Bell 206 flight training device with a visual dome and an enclosed cockpit provides realistic aerodynamic simulation with type-specific controls and selectable instrumentation to replicate individual operator requirements. It is suitable for non-aircraft-specific procedures training such as Inadvertent Meteorological Conditions (IMC) recovery, unaided night flight, and wire strike prevention. This simulator utilizes a worldwide database with configurable terrain and weather to facilitate mission-specific training that is particular to the operator's location.
